B.C. Reg. 412/2004, deposited September 10, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210]. Order in Council 897/2004, approved and ordered September 9, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 1 of the Inspectors Authorization Regulation, B.C. Reg. 372/92, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(c.1) the Passenger Transportation Act and regulations, .
