B.C. Reg. 423/2004, deposited September 29, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated September 28, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 399/2004 is amended

(a) in section 2 by repealing "for a period of 30 days from the date of deposit of this regulation with the Registrar of Regulations.", and substituting "until October 15, 2004.", and

(b) in section 3 by repealing "for a period of 30 days from the date of deposit of this regulation with the Registrar of Regulations.", and substituting "until October 15, 2004.".
