On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 63 to 66, 70 to 78, 83 to 93, 104 to 114, 128 to 130, 142 to 155 and 164 to 171 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 45, are brought into force October 15, 2004.
