On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Community Airport Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 369/2003, is amended

(a) in section 1, by adding the following paragraph:

(l) Prince George Airport in relation to the lands described in section 12 of the schedule. , and

(b) in the schedule, by adding the following section:
