I, Bill Barisoff, Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection, order that the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended effective October 12, 2004

(a) in Part 1 of Schedule 5, Item 5, by striking out "5-01 to 5-06, 5-10 to 5-15" and substituting "5-01, 5-02, 5-15**", and

(b) in Part 2 of Schedule 5, section 10 (3), by striking out "5-01 to 5-06 and 5-10 to 5-15" and substituting "5-01, 5-02 and 5-15".
