On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004, the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended

(a) in section 43 (2) (c) by adding ", licensee retail store licences" after "food primary licences", and

(b) in Schedule 1 under the heading "APPLICATIONS FOR AMENDMENTS TO LICENCES" by striking out "— reclassification outside of a licence category".
