On the recommendation of the undersigned, made after consultation with the Chief Judge of the Provincial Court, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004, Schedule A of the Small Claims Rules, B.C. Reg. 261/93, is amended

(a) in item 17

(i) in column 2 opposite paragraph (a), by striking out "55" and substituting "70", and

(ii) in column 2 opposite paragraph (b), by striking out "35" and substituting "45",

(b) in item 18, in column 2 opposite paragraph (b), by striking out "35" and substituting "45", and

(c) in item 19

(i) in column 1, by striking out everything after "In respect of", and substituting "items 17 and 18, for each kilometre travelled", and

(ii) in column 2, by striking out "0.40" and substituting "0.45".
