On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in section 2 by striking out "Downtown Blanshard Advisory Committee" from the list of designated employers.
