On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Francophone Education Authorities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 212/99, is amended in section1 of Schedule D by repealing paragraphs (a), (e) and (i) and substituting the following paragraphs (a) and (e), and by adding the following paragraph (x):

(a) Board Authorized Course Order, M285/04;

(e) Graduation Program Order, M302/04;

(x) Work Experience Order, M282/04.
