On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 1, 2004, the Society Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 27, and sections 42 to 44 of the Finance Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 62, are brought into force.
