B.C. Reg. 478/2004, deposited October 28, 2004, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (2) (s) and (3) (e)]. Minister's regulation M232/2004, dated June 16, 2004.

I, Bill Barisoff, Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection, order that the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended

(a) in section 3.04 (1) by adding the following paragraph:

(s) uses recorded or electronic calls for the purpose of trapping a furbearing animal, other than for trapping wolf, coyote, lynx or bobcat. , and

(b) in Schedule 3.08, opposite Region 7, by adding the following items:

Wolf: There is no closed season for wolf in those portions of M.U.s 7-19 to 7-22, 7-31 to 7-36, and 7-42 to 7-58 below the 1 100 m elevation

Coyote: There is no closed season for coyote in those portions of M.U.s 7-19 to 7-22, 7-31 to 7-36, and 7-42 to 7-58 below the 1 100 m elevation
