I, Bill Barisoff, Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection, order that the Wildlife Act General Regulation, B.C. Reg. 340/82, is amended in section 12.02 by adding the following subsection:

(3) Despite subsections (1) and (2), "edible portions" do not include meat that has been damaged and made inedible by the method of taking.
