On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Insurance Company Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 323/90, is amended by adding the following section:

Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation

15 Section 75 of the Act does not apply to the Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation.
