I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 233/2001 is amended by repealing the sketch for Oliver Mountain — Site 1 attached to it, and replacing it with the sketch attached to this regulation entitled "Oliver Mountain — Site 1".
