B.C. Reg. 492/2004, deposited November 19, 2004, pursuant to the ATTORNEY GENERAL STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 21] and the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS ACT [Section 191]. Order in Council 1090/2004, approved and ordered November 18, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that effective November 19, 2004, the following are brought into force:

(a) section 10 of the Attorney General Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 57;

(b) sections 163 to 165 and 172 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 45.
