B.C. Reg. 497/2004, deposited November 19, 2004, pursuant to the MANUFACTURED HOME PARK TENANCY ACT [Section 89]. Order in Council 1114/2004, approved and ordered November 18, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 481/2003, is amended in section 33 (1) (b) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following:

(i) are reasonable and necessary, and

— R. COLEMAN, Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General; G. CAMPBELL, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
