B.C. Reg. 500/2004, deposited November 19, 2004, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 1093/2004, approved and ordered November 18, 2004.

On the recommendation of the Attorney General, after consultation with the chief judge of the Provincial Court, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in Schedule 2, under the heading "Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority Act — Greater Vancouver Transit Conduct and Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 87/99", by adding the following items:

section 8 (3) (f)	Prevent or delay closing of door	$50	$8	$58
section 8 (3) (g)	Extend part of body or object through window	$50	$8	$58
section 8 (3) (h)	Ride, stand on or hold onto exterior of vehicle	$50	$8	$58
