On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Real Estate Services Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 42, except the definitions of "compensation fund corporation" and "special compensation fund" in s. 1 and sections 109 to 115 and 135, comes into force on January 1, 2005.
