On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 1 to 8, 10 and 12 to 18 of the Transportation Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 72, are brought into force by this regulation.
