B.C. Reg. 509/2004, deposited November 19, 2004, pursuant to the PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS ACT [Section 133 (2) (p)]. Order in Council 1105/2004, approved and ordered November 18, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas General Regulation, B.C. Reg. 357/98, is amended by repealing paragraphs (d) and (g) and substituting the following:

(d) for an application, under section 13 (3) of the Drilling and Production Regulation, to change a well name,

(i) $300 per well for the first 50 wells,

(ii) $150 per well for the next 100 wells, and

(iii) $75 per well for any additional wells;

(g) for an application, under section 16 of the Drilling and Production Regulation, to transfer a well authorization,

(i) $300 per well for the first 50 wells,

(ii) $150 per well for the next 100 wells, and

(iii) $75 per well for any additional wells;
