I, Kevin Falcon, Minister of Transportation, order that, effective December 31, 2004,

1 Divisions 1, 2 and 4 of the Highway Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 174/70, are repealed.

2 The title to the regulation is repealed and the following substituted:

TUNNEL TRANSPORTATION OF DANGEROUS COMMODITIES REGULATION
