The Superintendent of Real Estate orders that the following regulations are repealed, effective January 1, 2005:

(a) Disclosure Regulation, B.C. Reg. 124/84;

(b) Transfer of Functions and Powers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 10/85;

(c) Real Estate Act, Part 2 Exemptions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 41/82.
