On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 438/81, is amended in section 8 (a) by adding the following subparagraph;

(xxii) bicycling in addition to, or as part of, one of the activities or uses set out in subparagraphs (i) to (xxi); .
