B.C. Reg. 525/2004, deposited December 3, 2004, pursuant to the FORESTS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 146], FOREST AND RANGE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 116], FOREST AND RANGE PRACTICES ACT [Sections 141, 165, 166, 167, 171 to 175, 210 and 211] and the FOREST ACT [Sections 110 and 151]. Order in Council 1184/2004, approved and ordered December 2, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) that portion of section 146 of the Forests Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 36, that repeals section 41 (8) to (13) of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act is brought into force,

(b) that portion of section 84 of the Forest and Range Practices Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 55, that amends section 81 (1) (b) (ii) and (iv) of the Forest Act is brought into force,

(c) sections 21 (2) and (3) and 28 of the Administrative Review and Appeal Procedure Regulation, B.C. Reg. 12/2004, are repealed,

(d) the Credit to Stumpage Regulation, B.C. Reg. 385/81, is repealed, and

(e) section 2 (a) of the TFL 49 Pilot Project Regulation, B.C. Reg. 279/2004, is amended by striking out "7 (2) (f)" and substituting "7 (2) (g)".
