B.C. Reg. 531/2004, deposited December 3, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE  ACT [Sections 119 and 210]. Order in Council 1204/2004, approved and ordered December 2, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2005, Division 23 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended as follows:

1 Section 23.04 is repealed.

2 Sections 23.05, 23.07 and 23.08 are amended by striking out "Schedules 1, 2 and 3" and substituting "Schedules 1 and 2".

3 Section 23.06 is amended

(a) by striking out "Schedules 1, 2 and 3" and substituting "Schedules 1 and 2", and

(b) by striking out "the 3 Schedules" and substituting "the 2 Schedules".

4 Section 23.12 is amended by striking out "Schedule 1, 2 or 3" and substituting "Schedule 1 or 2".

5 Schedule 3 is repealed.
