On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2005,

(a) the British Columbia Mushroom Scheme, B.C. Reg. 80/2001, is repealed, and

(b) the assets of the British Columbia Mushroom Marketing Commission are transferred to the Mushroom Industry Development Council, established under section 2 of the Farming and Fishing Industries Development Act.
