On the recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Treaty Negotiations, made after consultation with the chief judge of the Provincial Court, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 31, 2004, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Schedule
1 Item 1 of Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended
(a) in Column 2 under the heading "Every provision of the following enactments:" by repealing paragraph (g),
(b) in Column 2 by adding the following paragraphs under the heading "Every provision of the following enactments:":
(r.1) Transportation Act and regulations made under the Transportation Act,
(r.2) Tunnel Transportation of Dangerous Commodities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 174/70, and
(c) in Column 2 by repealing paragraph (b) under the heading "The provisions, referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 2, of the following enactments:":
2 Column 2 of Item 2 of Schedule 1 is amended by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
