On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 of the Extended Health Care and Dental Plans Regulation, B.C. Reg. 403/97, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(ggg) eligible employees of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.
