B.C. Reg. 541/2004, deposited December 3, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SERVICE BENEFIT PLAN ACT [Section 7]. Order in Council 1191/2004, approved and ordered December 2, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Group Life Insurance Regulation (No. 1), B.C. Reg. 408/97, is amended as follows:

1 Section 2 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(gggg) eligible bargaining unit employees of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia;

(hhhh) eligible excluded employees of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.

2 Section 4 is amended by striking out "and (ffff)" and substituting ", (ffff) or (hhhh)".

3 Section 5 (a) is amended by striking out "or (eeee)" and substituting ", (eeee) or (gggg)".
