B.C. Reg. 542/2004, deposited December 3, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SERVICE BENEFIT PLAN ACT [Section 7]. Order in Council 1192/2004, approved and ordered December 2, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Long Term Disability Plan Regulation, B.C. Reg. 409/97, is amended as follows:

1 Section A of Schedule A is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(ccc) all eligible regular excluded employees of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.

2 Section B of Schedule A is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(hh) all eligible regular bargaining unit employees of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.
