On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 5 (a) of the Real Estate Development Marketing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 505/2004, is amended by striking out "section 18 (1) [offering of securities]" and substituting "section 61 (1) [prospectus required]".
