B.C. Reg. 547/2004, deposited December 3, 2004, pursuant to the TRANSPORTATION ACT [Section 163] and the TRANSPORTATION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 25]. Order in Council 1205/2004, approved and ordered December 2, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 31, 2004,

(a) the Transportation Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 44, other than section 52 (5), is brought into force by this regulation, and

(b) sections 17 and 18 of the Transportation Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 72, are brought into force by this regulation.
