B.C. Reg. 555/2004, deposited December 6, 2004, pursuant to the LOCAL SERVICES ACT [Section 4]. Ministerial Order M403/2004, dated December 1, 2004.
I, Murray Coell, Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services, order that, effective December 31, 2004,
1 Section 6 (b) of the Community Planning Area No. 28 Dease Lake Mobile Home Park Regulation, 1991, B.C. Reg. 80/91, is amended by
(a) by striking out "permit" and substituting "authorization", and
(b) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following:
(i) access to a highway under the Transportation Act, .
2 Section 18 (6) (b) of the Community Planning Area No. 28 Dease Lake Land Use Regulation, 1991, B.C. Reg. 81/91, is amended
(a) by striking out "permit" and substituting "authorization", and
(b) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following:
(i) access to a highway under the Transportation Act, .
3 Section 5.04 of the Subdivision Regulations, B.C. Reg. 262/70, is repealed and the following substituted:
5.04 Roads shall be provided to give access to parcels adjoining controlled access highways unless the minister responsible for the Transportation Act refuses, under section 51 of the Transportation Act, to authorize the creation of such access.
4 Section 5.05 is amended by striking out "Subject to the Highway Act" and substituting "Subject to the Transportation Act" .
