B.C. Reg. 556/2004, deposited December 7, 2004, pursuant to the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT [Sections 6 (5) and 138 (2)]. Order in Council 1208/2004, approved and ordered December 6, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Wood Residue Burner and Incinerator Regulation, B.C. Reg. 519/95, is amended

(a) in section 2 (8) by striking out "to this regulation" and substituting "or in Schedule 3",

(b) in section 2 (8) (c) by striking out "and",

(c) in section 2 (8) (d) by adding "and" after "$140,",

(d) in section 2 (8) by adding the following paragraph:

(d.1) commencing July 1, 2005 to be $208, ,

(e) by repealing Schedule 1 and substituting the attached Schedule 1,

(f) in Schedule 3 in item 0.1 by striking out "Auto" and substituting "Atco", and

(g) by adding the following to Schedule 3:
