B.C. Reg. 568/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT [Section 289]. Order in Council 1229/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 31, 2004, the Financial Institutions Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 312/90, is amended in Schedule 1 by striking out items 18 and 19 and substituting the following:
| 18 | For the issue of a licence under Division 2 of Part 6 of the FIA, for each year of the licence | $25 |
| 18.1 | For an annual filing fee for a continuous licence under Division 2 of Part 6 of the FIA | $25 |
| 19 | For the transfer or amendment of a licence under Division 2 of Part 6 of the FIA | $50 |
