On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 31, 2004, the following regulation is made:

PRESCRIBED OFFENCES REGULATION

Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Financial Institutions Act.

Prescribed Offences

2 For the purpose of section 252 (2) (b.1) of the Act, sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Marketing of Financial Products Regulation are prescribed provisions of the regulations.
