On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Administrative Remedies Regulation, B.C. Reg. 13/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule
1 The Administrative Remedies Regulation, B.C. Reg 13/2004 is amended by adding the following sections:
1.1 Section 66 of the Act is a prescribed section for the purposes of section 78 (3) of the Act.
1.2 For the purpose of section 67 (3) (a) of the Act, before dealing with seized timber, seed, hay and botanical forest products referred to in that section, the minister must give an opportunity to be heard to the person from whom the timber, seed, hay or botanical forest products were seized.
2 Schedule 1 is amended
(a) by adding the following immediately after the heading "Forest and Range Practices Act" in column 1
