B.C. Reg. 584/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST AND RANGE PRACTICES ACT [Sections 141, 144 and 145]. Order in Council 1248/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 1 of the Security for Forest and Range Practice Liabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 20/2004, is amended

(a) by repealing subsection (1) (a) (iii) and substituting the following:

(iii) a community forest agreement; , and

(b) in subsection (2) by striking out "section 29 (5) or (7) of the Forest and Range Practices Act" and substituting "section 29.1 (1) or (3) of the Forest and Range Practices Act".
