On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 17, 2005, sections 8 and 18, and section 19 as it enacts sections 215.1 to 215.3 of the Motor Vehicle Act, of the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 68, are brought into force.
