On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 13, 2004, section 19 of the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 68, as it enacts section 215.4 of the Motor Vehicle Act, is brought into force.
