B.C. Reg. 590/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 215]. Order in Council 1258/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 17, 2005, the following regulation is made:

APPROVED SCREENING DEVICE REGULATION

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Motor Vehicle Act.

2 For the purposes of section 215 of the Act, the following devices are prescribed:

(a) Alcolmeter S-L2;

(b) Alco-Sensor IV DWF.
