On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 17, 2005, the following regulation is made:

REVIEW OF 24 HOUR DRIVING PROHIBITION REGULATION

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Motor Vehicle Act.

2 For the purpose of section 215.1 (1) of the Act, the prescribed number of days within which a person may apply for a review of a driving prohibition review served under section 215 (2) (b), is 7 days.

3 For the purposes of section 215.1 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed application fee is $50.
