B.C. Reg. 592/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the MUNICIPAL FINANCE AUTHORITY ACT [Section 11.1]. Order in Council 1222/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 4 of the Municipal Finance Authority Regulation, B.C. Reg. 67/98, is amended by adding the following under the columns indicated:

(i) Chilliwack Economic Partners Corporation incorporated under the Business Corporations Act	(i) leasing secured by a municipal guarantee under the Community Charter
