On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by repealing Column 2 of Item 30 and substituting the following:

Passenger Transportation Act

Motor Carrier Act and Regulations .

2 Schedule 2 is amended by striking out the heading "Passenger Transportation Act: Passenger Transportation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 266/2004" and substituting "Passenger Transportation Act" and, under that heading,

(a) in Column 2, by adding "with directions of a peace officer" after "Failure to comply", and

(b) by striking out "section 57 (2) (c) (i)" and everything shown opposite it in Columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 and "sections 57 (2) (c) (ii)" and everything shown opposite it in Columns 2, 3, 4 and 5 and substituting the following:
