B.C. Reg. 599/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT [Section 179], INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT ACT [Section 47] and WATER, LAND AND AIR PROTECTION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 21]. Order in Council 1225/2004, approved and ordered December 13, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective December 31, 2004,

(a) the Integrated Pest Management Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 58, Act except section 43, is brought into force,

(b) sections 10 to 12 of the Water, Land and Air Protection Statutes Amendment Act, 2004, S.B.C. 2004, c. 30, are brought into force, and

(c) section 178 (b) of the Environmental Management Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 53, is brought into force.
