The Oil and Gas Commission orders that, effective December 31, 2004,

1 Section 1 of the Geophysical Exploration Regulation, B.C. Reg. 361/98, is amended in the definition of "highway" by striking out "Highway Act" and substituting "Transportation Act".

2 Section 6 is amended by striking out "Highway Act" and substituting "Transportation Act".
