On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Property Transfer Tax Exemption Regulation No. 8 set out below is made.

PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX EXEMPTION REGULATION NO. 8

Transactions exempted

1 The property described below is exempt from property transfer tax for transactions required to transfer the title to the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia:
