B.C. Reg. 39/2008, deposited February 29, 2008, pursuant to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, [Section 6.8]. Order in Council 119/2008, approved and ordered February 27, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 1 of the Resort Regions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 90/2007, is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

(g) the District of Tofino;

(h) the City of Revelstoke;

(i) the Town of Osoyoos.
