B.C. Reg. 40/2008, deposited February 29, 2008, pursuant to the HOTEL ROOM TAX ACT, [Section 43 (2) (l), (m), and (n)]. Order in Council 122/2008, approved and ordered February 27, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) effective March 1, 2008, the Schedule to the Resort Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/2007, is amended by adding the following items as indicated below:

(b) effective May 1, 2008, the Schedule to the Resort Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/2007, is amended by adding the following item as indicated below:
