Under the authority of section 283 of the Election Act, after consultation with the Election Advisory Committee under that Act, the Chief Electoral Officer amends the Leadership Contestant Financing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 433/99, by repealing the Schedule and substituting the attached Schedule.
